Hank Carr, Principal Broker and Owner has been in the commercial development, management and brokerage business for over eighteen years. His career began 1986 with the urban development arm of Portman Properties owned by architect and developer John Portman in Atlanta Georgia. Specific projects include the leasing and management of the 2.2 million square foot Peachtree Center including the Marriott Marquis One and Marriott Marquis Two office towers. From there he went on to serve with The Landmarks Group and their development of the 680,000 square foot Promenade One office development. In 1992 he spent one year in the Atlanta suburbs working for the Rubenstein Company leasing and managing several suburban office and flex parks.
Since 1998 Hank has served as the Project Director and Principal Broker at Med Tech Regional Business Park in Johnson City. The Park is a 130-acre mixed-use medical & technology oriented development with 22 individual building sites valued at over $20 million. As the broker of record for the regional office, he is responsible for the land sales, property management and development opportunities inside the Park and for identifying new development opportunities in the region. To date approximately 65% of the land has been sold to users or developers.

Anthony joined Corridor Properties in the spring of 2007. Prior to Corridor Properties, Anthony received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Tennessee and worked for DePuy Orthopedics and Abbott Laboratories.
Anthony’s responsibilities include landlord and tenant representation for office, investment, industrial, and retail properties. Anthony has been awarded the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation by the Commercial Investment Real Estate Institute.

Lisa joined Corridor Properties in the fall of 2008. Prior to Corridor Properties, Lisa received a Bachelor of Science in Recreation Administration from Mars Hill College and worked for The Greenwood Challenge and Elizabethton Parks and Recreation. Lisa is an affiliate broker and her area of specialty is property management.
